Vanilla Banana Eggnog Ice Cream

This simple ice cream sounds like you have worked on it for days. It’s the perfect treat to help cool you down on a hot summer day. If you are not fond of bananas they are optional in this recipe.

What You Need:

3 eggs
2 C of sugar
1 T vanilla
1 (13 oz.) can Milnot
1 (4 oz.) box of vanilla instant pudding and pie filling
2 very ripe bananas
Whole milk

How to Make It:

Place the eggs into a mixing bowl.
Add in the sugar, vanilla, Milnot and vanilla pudding.
Using the electric mixer on medium speed beat the mixture until the ingredients are well combined.
Place the bananas into a separate bowl.
Using a fork, mash the bananas well.
Fold the mashed bananas into the egg mixture.
Transfer the mixture to the canister of an ice cream maker.
Add enough whole milk to the mixture to bring it to the full line on the canister.
Freeze per the instructions on your individual ice cream maker.
Ripen 4 hours.

Makes 2 quarts
